For those situations where you would prefer Car Person keep your car at my place, the car is kept  by me in a secure and safe location at my home or personal aircraft hanger.  I pay for all gas and other normal costs while in my demo program.

The advantage to you of the demo program, is I keep the car clean and ready for showing at all  times.  It's parked in either my garage, hanger or securely in my driveway.  The car is completely covered by liability and collision/comprehensive insurance while I have it.

Additionally, the car will be driven to prime selling locations like automalls and dealerships, where for sale signs in the windows can attract buyers, while I'm conducting the buying service part of the business.

Generally the car's owner (the seller) is responsible for fixing any mechanical break-downs that might occur, and Car Person is responsible for any damage from theft, accidents and such.  To date there have not been any problems.

The Demo program is only available on a restricted basis, depending on the number and type of  cars already in my inventory.  Typically about 1/2 my customers use the Demo program at this time.
